Delivery coverage
We offer Pan-India delivery for eligible commercial kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils and related products. Serviceability can depend on the destination PIN code, product size, weight and carrier availability.
Dispatch and estimated delivery
Standard-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Bulk orders, custom-fabricated products, remote locations and carrier delays may require additional time. We will communicate a different expected timeline when applicable.
Shipping charges
Product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST. Free delivery applies only where the product page or checkout expressly shows a free-shipping option. Otherwise, the applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Large, heavy, custom or remote-location orders may require a freight quotation; we will obtain your confirmation before processing any additional delivery amount.
Shipping is never charged twice. The checkout total is the amount payable for the items, GST-inclusive pricing and the selected delivery option, subject to any clearly displayed discount.
Tracking and delivery contact
After dispatch, available tracking or shipping updates are sent using the contact details provided with the order. Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number.
Receiving heavy equipment
Please ensure that the delivery location can receive the ordered equipment and that suitable access and unloading arrangements are available when required. Installation, commissioning and site work are included only when they are expressly stated in the product listing or quotation.
Damaged or delayed shipments
Inspect the shipment and packaging at delivery. If the order appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours with the order number, packaging and shipping-label photographs, and clear product photos or an unboxing video where available. For a significant delay, contact us so we can check the carrier status.
