This policy applies to orders placed with Gurubhai Equipments through gurubhaiequipments.com. Please read the eligibility conditions before requesting a return.
Return request window
You may request a return for an eligible standard product within 7 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before sending any item. A return is not approved until our team confirms the return instructions in writing.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the product must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice and serial-number labels intact. We may request photographs or video to assess the request.
Damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete orders
Inspect the shipment at delivery. If an item is damaged in transit, defective on arrival, incorrect or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Share the order number, packaging and shipping-label photographs, and clear product photos or an unboxing video where available. After verification, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may be replacement, repair, supply of missing parts or refund, in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
Items not eligible for change-of-mind return
- Custom-fabricated, made-to-order, personalised or specially sourced equipment;
- Products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without complete original accessories and packaging;
- Consumable, hygiene-sensitive or sealed items after the seal has been opened, where a return cannot reasonably be accepted;
- Gift cards.
These exclusions do not restrict remedies available for a verified wrong, damaged or defective item or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Return shipping
Do not send a return without written approval. The approved return address and shipping instructions will be provided by our support team. For a verified wrong, damaged or defective item, we will explain the collection or return process. For another approved return, any return-freight or handling deduction will be disclosed before you send the item.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. A standard-stock order may be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellation of a custom-fabricated, made-to-order or already-dispatched order is not guaranteed and will be reviewed based on work completed and costs already incurred.
